Cocoa Sisters Packaging

I have recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Sarah Payne, founder of CocoaLoco, on the packaging designs for her latest venture Cocoa Sisters.

Cocoa Sisters is a wonderful initiative founded on the principles of highlighting the work of female cocoa farmers and supporting the growing trade relationship between the Solomon Islands and the UK.

The focal point of this first range was the three female farmers that Sarah has been working closely with - Delwyn, Lucy and Agnes. Because of this, it was of utmost importance to showcase each of their individual personalities on the packaging of their respective bars. We decided on a monochromatic continuous fine line portrait of each of the ladies, giving each the chance to shine whilst tying in with a more timeless style and the important subject matter.
